All Admissions staff will be required to complete a compulsory annual product knowledge assessment for 2024.
Please refer to Admissions Working procedures and Contract Training Guide found on Life Gateway, Patient Services folder.
The results will be measured on the Patient Services Scorecards.
You will need to obtain 90% to pass the assessment successfully.
This assessment is to test Admissions staff product knowledge of their working procedures, which will be measured on FY2024 Scorecard KPI outputs.
