What I have learnt from thid specific topic in the group discussion is that Comfort is the relief from distress. Rest is being awake, but having reduced activity and mental stimulation. Sleep is an arousable unconsciousness. Sleep is quite essential as it relieves stress, makes you feel good to face any challenge. It also lowers your risk of getting diseases such as diabetes. 

Therefore sleep is important and a primary need for people.
