New Product Code Requests

With reference to the New Product Code Request training provided by the Procurement team mid-2022, this tests the user's knowledge of the New Product Code Request portal on InfoQuest and the data elements for each field that is required for a new material to be loaded to the material master database for pharmaceutical products (medicines and surgical consumables).
