Welcome to the Therapeutic Acuity Assessment Scoring System (TASS) training toolkit.
The patient acuity score is used to determine the physical level of nursing care that a patient requires based on their clinical condition and state of health at any given time during their stay at our acute facilities. Acuity can also be seen as the clinical condition of the patient (Categorize patient as Specialised Intensive Care, Intensive Care or High Care).
You will be required to complete a compulsory assessment.
The pass rate is 80%.
