I always remind myself why I am here and what is my goal, if I don’t achieve that I will be a burden. I try to manage my time better and make a routine for myself and a schedule to follow so that I don’t feel overwhelmed so I try to be organised and it’s okay to feel the stress but find ways to cope with it
