I would say to define and determine your goals first is a key element in staying motivated.
I can prioritize the things that are important to me and go from there.
To stay motivated I can reward myself after achievements. I also need to stay organized, have a daily routine, stay active and positive.
I will track my progress by creating a to-do list to see what I still need to do and celebrate small wins.
I can always start with small goals first and then try to tackle the bigger goals.
I think that talking to your peers and relating your challenges can be a good thing. You can always ask for advise or other methods to achieve your goals.
