Ground rules that can encourage the efficiency of our work would be to always respect each other as colleagues in order to be able to respect our patients and provide the highest standard of care in unity.It is also very important to create safe spaces for patients to be able to inform us with regard to their health, culture and preferences which will improve the nursing care we have to offer altered to the patients needs.Having a diverse mindset and not discriminating but rather allowing yourself to be teachable will not only enhance the nursing care but the patient will also feel heard and valued.
