Caring and compassion as nurses we are expected to demonstrate empathy to patient. To treat all individual regardless of age,race,belief with dignity and respect. Nurses advocate for the right, safety and well being of patients. We need to work as a team collaborative practice with colleagues and disciplinary team. Lastly we need to maintain confidentiality by protecting patient information and privacy.
