these are deeply emotional and personal experiences that affect each and everyone of us differently, with loss it means something or someone is no longer there, either due to death, or relationship ending, or loosing your job or health etc.

with grief is when you respond to loss , can be emotionally by being sad, angry, feeling guilty or numb. it can be physically when you experience fatigue, sleeplessness, and appetite changes, psychologically when you become depressed, having difficulty in focusing, feeling confused, and disbelieve. we have five stages of grief which is denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. but not everyone experiences all stages or experiences them at any order.

with dying it can be you facing death of your own or death of someone like your loved ones, a person can now start thinking about life and relationships they had, have fear or anxiety, looking to have closure, ask for forgiveness and showing some love.
