Nurses need to care for patients and families during times of loss, grief, and dying by using kindness, cultural sensitivity, and good communication. Different groups have unique rituals such as washing the body of a deceased whereby the nurses must respect these and include family in care. Caring for dying patients is hard therefor nurses may feel sad and stressed and might need support, counseling, and team communication help.

Thank you for this interesting insight. Indeed in order to be a pillar to others, you yourself must have a stronger support cause no one is that naturally strong to handle internal and external emotional stressors on their own, everyone is bound to break.
