Nurses should be mindful and respectful when communicating with patients and other staff members, they should be knowledgeable about what is going on in the ward. Nurses should be continuously trained in order to develop their profession and deliver care. Nurses should advocate for their patients and protect their patients confidentiality and provide privacy as well as holistically care for patients and provide emotional support.
