1. How does your personality affect the way you handle stress?

*My high standards for myself can lead to unnecessary stress.

*By having a desire to help everyone, it can spread me too thin and cause me to overextend myself by having too much to do for myself and I won't be able to keep up and it can cause stress on how I am going to cope and also cause possible burnout.

*I often put others' needs before my own well-being and that causes me to stress because of me neglecting my self-care and therefore not being able to feel good about myself and stressing about still having to care for myself.

*I may struggle to embrace my imperfections as part of growth and stress about wanting to be perfect and be self-critical.

2. How does emotional intelligence skills impact communication?

Emotional intelligence skills impact communication, because of people being able to identify your self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. It shows your non-verbal communication, which is more important than verbal and about 70% of communication.

It enhances the ability to express oneself clearly, actively listening, understand non-verbal cues and adapt communication styles.

It empowers individuals to communicate more effectively.

It navigates complex situation with greater ease.

3. How can you work better with people of different personality types?

Be empathetic and know your team. Build relationships and identify personality types. Adapt communication, communicate clearly and embrace differences.

Prioritize shared goals, respect yourself, know how to manage your personality, identify employees' personality types, involve employees in decision-making and manage conflict. Recognize everyone's strengths, start disc or other personality profiling and educate yourself on them.

Respect their differences and try to understand the way they act.

Do not label others, avoid conflict and remain fair and objective, not influenced by personal feelings or opinions, have intent.

Understand their perspective through active listening, adapt communication style to meet their preference and leverage and make use of their unique strengths.
