Grief is an emotional response to loss. People experience it differently, we should not place expectations on how fast people should heal and stop grieving their loved ones.

Death is the end of life, it is when the brain and or the heart stop working permanentlyIt takes time to get used to living life without our loved one, more especially if that person was a breadwinner(parent) or had intense emotional connection with.

"Grief doesn't simply disappear over time like a healing wound. Instead, we learn to live with the reality of our loss, building new experiences alongside it. While there will still be moments of intense sadness, new joys, love, and purpose emerge. As these new experiences accumulate, our lives grow around the grief, allowing us to create a beautiful and meaningful life even though the pain is still present." by Dr Julie Smith
