My personality tends to be more introspective and conscientious, so I often internalized stress. While this helps me stay calm in difficult situations, it can also lead to overthinking. I've started practicing mindfulness and setting boundaries to help manage this better.

Emotional intelligence has made a huge difference in how I communicate. Being self-aware helps me recognise when I'm stressed or upset before I speak, and self-regulation keeps my reactions in check. empathy also helps me better understand other perspectives, which leads to more respectful and effective conversations.

I've learned that not everyone thinks or communicate like I do and its okay. EI help me adjust my approach depending on who I'm working with. Whether someone is analytical, emotional , direct or reserved, I try to listen actively and find more respectful and effective conversations.
