Accountability - This helps nurses improve their competency in their profession because being accountable helps you improve the way you perform tasks or do things and is an honourable thing to do.
Compassion - This shows patients that they are respected and put at the centre by ensuring holistic care is carried out and trust is built between nurse and patient
