I always think and want to know what the cause of stress is because I am already thinking what could be the solution, also consider the feelings of mine and others on how they feel during the time of stress, and I became frustrated when there's much panicking and a lot of anxious around, I struggle to think clear and be concern
Emotional intelligence skill I believe it's a necessary skill to have in order to manage and cope during time of communication with others, I am still growing in that area to be self-aware and reflect on myself so that I can be considerate and show an understanding to others and show empathy
