Before presentantion my understanding of dealing with stress was different. i use to avoid problems and try by all means to find something that will distract me by keeping me busy.
But after  the presentation i have learn that stress can be physical or emotional and that the are coping mechanisms we can follow to help manage stress, such as Problem-focused coping: To address the issue that causing distress.
Emotion-focused coping which reduces negative emotions thought through positive thoughts and accepting.
