How my personality affects the way I handle stress is that I firstly get quiet and start thinking about all the outcomes of decisions that I'll make to handle it.I then take action and ask for opinions along the way and for assistance as I'm not shy to enquire what is necessary for me to know.

I think emotional intelligence skills impact communication in many ways. I think the foundation is to know yourself and your self worth. If you are casual and  negligent you would communicate without thinking first and would communication with no sense or form of self respect  if you know your self worth read the room and think before you talk and listen to others opinions carefully you would talk sense and even be clear in your communication that there is no unnecessary back and forth.

You can work better with people with different personality types by allowing them to embrace their personality listen carefully to their opinion and point of view and try to understand it even if you don't approve of it. People would feel more welcoming  to communicate with you.

I really appreciate your thoughtful approach to handling stress and the importance you place on self-awareness in communication. Your strategy of taking time to think through decisions and seeking input from others is a great way to manage stress and ensure you're making informed choices. I also agree that knowing your self-worth is essential for effective communication. By being mindful of your own emotions and values, you can communicate more clearly and respectfully. Your approach to working with people of different personality types is also spot on - by listening carefully and trying to understand their perspectives, you can build stronger relationships and foster a more positive and inclusive environment. :)
