Before the presentation: I went and thought about stress in general and what impact it can have on your physical, emotional and psychological well-being. For me personally coping with stress can be addressed in various ways by effectively managing your emotions, identifying the stressor and managing to resolve the stressor as soon possible.
After the presentation: I felt like I gained so much more Insite and understanding that I will be able to apply this knowledge to my daily life. Learning about the different effective coping mechanisms and how to identify future stress related encounters made me feel more positive as a person. I came to terms that stress are actually positive and negative if you think about it.
It gave me the ability to help others overcome stressful encounters and not to be ashamed when seeking for help.
A VERY IMPORTANT ASPECT FOR COPING WITH STRESS IS TO EDUCATE PEOPLE AT THE END OF THE DAY
