Even if this also means a 10-minutes break in a long day: listen to music, go for a walk in nature or talking a long bath or sometimes spend time with a friend.

2.Emotional Intelligence skills greatly impact communication by enhancing empathy, active listening and conflict resolution. Communication can allow yourself to stay calm under pressure and ensuring that you stay in control of your emotional and how they affect your communication.

3. Working better with different personality types the best ways: get to know your team each person on your team. The more you understand each person you have on your team, the more efficient your team is. Take time to interact with. Understanding your team's strength and weakness and creating a savvy dynamic within them is essential for effective leadership. Build a relationship with your team to connect with them. Be more sensitive to the feelers and focus more on your talking points when you are dealing with thinkers, communicate clearly.
