Before presentation:
My understanding of stress was that it is simple a reaction to overwhelming situation or pressure and I thought it only negative experience that can lead to stress.
After presentation:
I now understand that stress is a natural physiological and psychological response to both external and internal demand. And not all stress is harmful some stress can motivate your performance and growth.
Coping mechanisms:
Accepting that you have stress, talking to someone, regular exercise, deep breathing and spending more time with supportive people is helping to manage stress
