BEFORE GOING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION, I WOULD OFTEN FEEL OVERWHELMED, ANXIOUS OR FRUSTRATED WHEN FACED WITH STRESSFUL SITUATIONS, LEADING TO IMPULSIVE REACTIONS OR UNHEALTHY BEHAVIOURS LIKE AVOIDANCE OR POOR HABITS. I STRUGGLED WITH MY EMOTIONS, LEADING TO MOOD SWINGS OR BURNOUT WHICH STRAINED RELATIONSHIPS AND LED TO SOCIAL WITHDRAWAL.
HOWEVER, BY LEARNING HEALTHY COPING MECHANISMS PRESENTED IN THE PRESENTATION I HAVE GRASPED A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS AND READY TO DEAL WITH ANY CHALLENGE THAT MAY COME MY WAY.
