Before presentation

I view stress as something thats good and bad. Good stress keeps you focused and creates growth because you have that room of improving yourself and the way you do things thats why we keep room for disappointment. The. Bad stress would be the kind that can land you in hospital because we bottle things up and not share with anyone thats why people who are stressed experience muscle tension especially on their shoulders, in so doing you are unable to cope and find solutions to your stress.

After presentation

So i what i picked up after the presentation is how nurses can actually help patients to cope with their stress because not everyone will be willing to talk to a psychologist we can then plan relaxation Programmes or exercises that help the patients reduce stress and put their focus on something else. Learning to accept that theres things we cannot change is also very important.
