At first, I knew what stress I it, as stress i a normal psychological and physiological responds to everyday events that makes us feel overwhelmed or threatened. where there is a cause there is an effect as well, during the presentation there mention coping mechanisms strategies.


Ater the presentation i realised that there are different types of stress and how to manage those stresses effectively. Acute stress is mentioned as a short time stress response to immediate threat or challenges , if not taken care of it could lead to chronic stress known as an ongoing stress. there are ways to maintain these stresses like emotional control, exercises that helps relive mental health as well as physical health
