1.How does your personality affect the way you handle stress?

I would say i become easily overwhelmed in unpredictable or high-pressure situations, where planning can reduce my stress and help me go forward in what i need to do. I also tend to overthink very often so it's important to remind myself that I cannot control everything that is happening around me. Trying my best to stay positive always helps with the way I handle stress.

2.How do
emotional intelligence skills impact communication?

Emotional intelligence skills greatly enhance communication by helping you understand, express, and manage emotions. people with strong EI can read emotional cues, respond with empathy, and navigate conflicts more smoothly. They are better at active listening, staying calm under pressure, and adapting their tone or message based on emotional context.

3.How can you work better with people of different personality types?

To work well with different personality types, be open-minded, adapt your communication style, and practice empathy. Understand that people think and respond differently, so clear communication and patience are key.

Your reflection is thoughtful and well-written, with clear self-awareness and practical insights. you honestly acknowledge how overthinking and unpredictable situations impact your stress, and your mention of using planning and positivity as coping tools is a great strength.
