1. How does your personality affect the way you handle stress?

In stressful times I tend to seek connection by relying on (trustworthy) friends and loved ones, to talk and express my concerns. This helps me feel less isolated and more grounded.

2. How do emotional intelligence skills impact communication?

Listening to understand rather than to listen to react or to respond could prevent unwanted guilt from an escalated situation. And if the message or information during communication was not received well or remains unclear, ask as many times needed to get understanding and clarity to avoid misunderstanding.

3.How can you work better with people of different personality types?

Allow people to express who they are, as we are all unique in our own right. and considering that personalities are often altered through experiences as one goes through life and some are just simply born with personality disorders, we should find an understanding and be accepting as it would make life so much easier than to just disregard them completely as a person.
